My parents just finished their landscaping in the front and back yard. Let's just say..it cost
a lot. So we decided to take family pictures there. It had been four years. A lot has happened since then. Me, Ben, and Heather all got married within one year from each other. Peyton came along in that year. And Carter will be coming in December.

HE GOT IN...

So Steve has been accepted into the Radiology program at Dixie State. This program is a two year program. Once it is completed he will recieve a degree in Radiography. His job title will be a radiographer. aka Rad tech. This two year program is credit wise, equivalent to a Bachelors Degree. Dixie State is turning in to the University or Utah in 2011. Which is a reason why Steve wanted to go to St. George. So when he graduates his diploma will state U of U. Once he completes the program we plan to move back up here for Steve to specialize in Ultrasound from the U of U. This will last for over a year. As he specializes he will be working as a Rad- Tech for the hospital. He will then have a job title as an ultrasonographer. The more he specializes, the more the salary will drastically increase. There are many areas to Radiology. The more you learn, more money you get. So that's the plan! St. George here we come! As for me, I bawled when I found out...mostly because I'm sad to go. This move will be very very hard for me. But it's only temporary, it will be ok! We already have a place to live. It's a 3 bedroom town house. So cute!! Now it's just a matter of getting the student loans, grants, and scholarship money under way. The program has insisted Steve does not work during the program. Because of this, we will live off of student loans. But Steve still will get a part time job with IHC so we can remain having the benefits of free health insurance and 100% tuition reimbursement. The program begins Jan 2. We hope to move after Christmas. Also depends on the part time job he finds. Thanks everyone for your love and support on this journey! This is a dream come true for Steve!

Broken and True Friendships

I find it so intersting to me that as time goes on you really come to know who your true friends really are. This week I had some interesting experiences. To not go into too much detail...I have been shocked at how you think you know someone so well and are so close to and then all of a sudden they can erase you from their lives because of issues they are having with them selves. Or you think of someone as a good friend and they can suddenly exploit your name with out getting facts straight about everything. I feel I have a lot of close friends, but have found it's better to be more selective because it's so easy to get hurt by others. And then their is a sweet experience I had last night with someone who once was a best friend and despite our struggles in the past it has made us stronger and I still consider her one of my best friends today. YOu know who you are!! Friends are in our lives for a reason.
"Some people come into our lives and stay but a small moment while others trace a path on our hearts that lasts for an Eternity and as a result we are never the same."
I am so grateful for all of my friends. Love all of you!

Peyton's blessing

So our camera was stolen out of our diaper bag in St. George...long story. So we had developed these pictures for our scrapbook, but since they weren't on our actual computer from the camera we had to scan them in!
